Frequently asked questions
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrading takes effect immediately. If you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, then move back to Free.
What happens to my data if I go back to Free?
Nothing is deleted. Everything you have created stays where it is and stays readable. You simply cannot add beyond the Free limits again until you upgrade.
What counts as a photo capture?
One image turned into LaTeX. The Free plan includes 5 a month and the counter resets at the start of each month; Pro has no limit.
How much storage do I get?
Every file in your projects counts toward one account-wide total: 1 GB on Free and 10 GB on Pro. It is not a monthly allowance — deleting files frees the space again immediately.
Are limits per project or per account?
Per account. One Pro subscription covers you and every project you own — there is no per-seat pricing.
What happens when I reach a limit?
The action is declined and we tell you exactly what you have used and when it resets. Nothing you already have is taken away or locked.
Is the annual plan cheaper?
Yes. Pro is $6 a month, or $50 for a year — 31% less.
